Hi, I'm Aakash.

I start with the questions that decide whether something is worth doing: why this, what it is worth, why us, why now, and what could go wrong. I am equally comfortable in the detail. In my current product operations role I am hands-on every week, as I have been in many roles before it.

I'm good at bringing structure to chaos. Products, processes, teams and strategy each have their own complexity, and they are rarely in isolation. I help teams move faster, and I love the problems I get to solve.

I've done that across industries in the UK and the US, with a focus on AI and automation that delivers in practice. Today I lead process, tooling and AI for the product organisation at LSEG Risk Intelligence, working to save time, cut friction and help teams do their best work.

I also volunteer as Head of the Knowledge Chapter at the London Business School Alumni Sustainability Club, where we run series on climate solutions. Outside work I'm an aviation enthusiast, a coffee aficionado and a crossword solver. I write about climate change on my Substack.
