My role is to help product managers be more successful in theirs. That means streamlining our ways of working across a multi-team, cross-functional and deeply matrixed organisation. I am also responsible for fostering an AI-native way of working for the product managers and their stakeholders.

Senior Product Manager, Cirium · 2025

I led three engineering squads, more than 25 people, across foundational aviation datasets, and acted as data owner and steward. I built Cirium’s first roadmap view of its emissions data from a year of customer call transcripts, using AI that cut insight synthesis time by over half, and recommended pausing new development until the existing work found buyers.

Innovation Product Manager, LexisNexis Risk Solutions · 2022 – 2025

I found and validated new opportunities, from a £50M+ EU payments efficiency market to several business cases worth £1M–£2M+ in total that came out of discovery with Tier-1 banks. I was also a core member of the enterprise GenAI task force, putting AI pilots into several business units.

Internal Strategy Consultant, LexisNexis Risk Solutions · 2020 – 2022

Selected for the Leadership Development Program, I worked on global expansion, M&A and new market entry. I built an expansion framework that ranked markets by ROI potential and identified a $4.5B opportunity, and evaluated 15+ acquisition targets for leadership.

Principal Solutions Engineer

I joined as a solutions engineer and was promoted to Lead and then Principal, owning pre-sales for two product lines in the verification suite alongside R&D, account managers and business leaders. I helped validate a market gap and helped launch a suite that 10+ enterprise customers adopted, generating $15M+ in revenue. I also built an 8-module training ecosystem that saved about $1M a year and was downloaded more than 100,000 times.
